Here at Cresta Carpets customer satisfaction is our number one priority, we offer a statutory one year guarantee against any fitting defects which may arise and many of the products we supply carry wear and stainage warranties.

In addition to this we have teamed up with Homeserve to give our customers the additional option of covering your new carpet with a five year warranty against stainage and the costs of cleaning your carpet or having your carpet replaced if the stainage cannot be removed, this is totally at the customers discretion but can be particularly useful when buying wool carpets that carry no stain/wear warranties.
